Henlo! My name is Gayle! I'm 24, happily taken, and from the PH!
Doing graphics commissions is a hobby and my part-time job to help with my funds and studies. I'm still new to the graphics community so please bear with me!
SERVICES.
I create: dash icons, icons pack, post banners, mobile banners, and promos. but these will further expand as I settle in to the graphics community. Primarily done for the Tumblr RPC.
IMs is the preference for all communications. It's the best way to communicate me and if I haven't replied, please be nice and don't be afraid to nudge me! Don't be afraid to send me any questions! :)

Send me a message and I will link you a Google Form about what you want to commission, assuming you have read and agreed to the POLICY page provided in the navigation. The form is NOT linked publicly and is only by request.*IF you have commissioned from me before, DO NOT send in a form. But rather, do LET ME KNOW in the messages right away and I'd happily discuss with you about it!
PAYMENT IN ADVANCE.
Invoice will be provided along with the list of products you availed for. Afterwards, what you have commissioned will be sent to you. For more information, check PRICES page.
By submitting a commission request, it is assumed that you have familiarized yourself with these policies. Your submission implies your acceptance of the policies, prices, and guidelines provided. Kindly ensure that you have thoroughly read all the information before sending your request!

Youtuber FCs, Model FCs, Blacklisted/Problematic FCs (regardless of canon status)Blogs with Problematic/Sensitive Themes:

> Blogs that contain problematic content or engage in problematic actions, whether these issues were missed initially or arose after accepting/completing previous commissions, will be ignored and blacklisted from future commissions.WAITLIST QUEUE BASIS.
Commissions will be done in a queue basis and there would be instances it could take longer than usual. I will do the best I can working on it fast as possible and keep you posted!NOTE: Clients can request removal from the waitlist at any time. The artist can remove clients from the waitlist for reasons such as non-response or violation of terms.Waitlist Placement:
> Clients are placed on a waitlist on a first-come, first-served basis upon request for a commission.Notification and Confirmation:
> When a spot opens up, the next client on the waitlist will be notified via IMs.
> The client must confirm their interest within 7 days. I will send an IM to ping you if you haven’t responded in 3 days. FAILURE to respond will result in being moved to the end of the waitlist or removal from it, as to be fair to those who are also in the waitlist.PAYMENT.
All prices are in USD. The mode of payment available currently is Paypal. Invoice will be provided when a commission is finished as proof. I will give the finished and approved product immediately, once it is paid by the client. Mode of payment will expand until further notice.
PROVIDE CREDIT.
I require CREDIT for all commissioned items. This helps my business grow and is greatly appreciated! For promos, please include credit in the caption!PSDS.
I do not give/sell commission PSDs that are made by me. However, I keep them for future updating. Should you need any revisions, refer to prices page.
CANCELLATION POLICY.
The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission at any time for any reason. If the artist cancels, a full refund will be provided, regardless of the work completed.Client-Initiated Cancellation:
Before Work Begins: Clients can cancel their commission at any time before work begins and receive a FULL refund.> After Work Begins: If the client cancels after work has started, they will be refunded a percentage of the total cost based on the amount of work completed.If the client cancels after work has started, they will be refunded a percentage of the total cost based on the amount of work completed.01. Creation of Base PSD w/ Resources: 70% refund
02. Base w/ Resources and Coloring: 50% refund
03. Final Phase of the Graphics (w/ Final touches, Text, Textures): 20% refund
04. Completed: NO REFUNDGHOSTING POLICY.
If a commission is fully completed (all items finished and approved by the client, with an invoice sent) and communication about the commission is not received within 1 week, the commission will be considered ghosted.To retrieve the completed commission, a late fee of 10% of the commission cost will be required.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO FINISH A COMMISSION?.
It would take a couple of days, around 3-5 days OR a week to finish the commission, depending on the services you availed for. Client will be updated within the duration of the commission to ensure quality of the output. Although, I still do my best to work on it as fast as possible.As for receiving an updated commission (if you asked for any graphics revisions), it would take 24-48 hours and you'll be contacted!
CLAIMING A FINISHED PRODUCT.
To preserve the quality of the commissioned product(s), I will provide you a Google Drive link. In case you lost the link, I can send it to you when requested!
